2/6/16

Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of some our NMHS students who have earned recognition through the regional level of the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. This year we were part of the West Region-at-Large. Our students were not only competing with other California students, but also competing with students from Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming! Students who earned Gold Keys now advance for adjudication at the national level. National results will be released in March.

Message from the President

Welcome Parents, Teachers and Students:

We are looking forward to an exciting 2015-16 school year.  Your PTSA Board continues to work hard towards our mission of positively impacting the lives of all NMHS students and families.  Our goal this year is help encourage and provide more communication between school administrators, teachers, students and parents.  We also hope to get as many parents involved in some way throughout the school year.

I am proud to say that your PTSA Executive Board is comprised of a group of diverse, knowledgeable, dedicated, and passionate parents and students as well as our principal, Mr. Morales.  We pride ourselves in searching out ways to serve the NMHS students, their families, teachers and staff.

Please join us at one of General PTSA meetings (dates and times posted to the left).  You too can make a difference – together we can take on and triumph over the large challenges that face our students, school, district, and state.  We hope you choose to be a part of this endeavor as the high school years will fly by, but the impact we can make will last a lifetime.

Thank you,

Charissa Gant
NMHS PTSA President
