American Sign Language

Welcome to the world's third most widely used language, American Sign Language (ASL).  American Sign Language is a visual, gestural and conceptually accurate language.  ASL is not English nor is it derived from English.

American Sign language has it own unique syntax and grammar structure. Grammar in ASL is visually based - utilizing the eyebrows, mouth, nose, cheeks, head and body language.

Students in ASL class will enjoy a wealth of stage oriented activities - skits, dialogues and their all time favorite -signing to music
