Phone use - Seleena Lindsay

Phone use

By Seleena lindsay

With the research that I have found most teens believe that phones should be used in schools.  Teachers however believe that phones should be banned and that brings up the issue of safety.  Teens will fight back saying if there is an emergency that they need a way to contact their parents. Also teachers believe that it is a distraction. Teens will also argue that they need it as a resource, and to use them after school so that their parents can come and pick them up. Seventy three percent of students will argue that they should have the right to have their phones on them whenever they want and that a teacher shouldn't be able to decide if they can have it or not. Teachers now a days are in the nature of encouraging students to keep their phones away. In conclusion I believe that the majority of people want phones at school.
