Obesity In America

By George Mendioro

Obesity in America just keeps growing. It’s starts by becoming too lazy to cook at home.

That often leads to fast food majority of the time. It keeps raising because majority of the people are getting lazy. It now leads to a lack of exercise. The lack of exercise and eating out are the main causes of obesity. 80% of american’s are not getting enough exercise. 50% of people say they rather eat out than to cook at home. They claim that they are too tired from work. It’s also more convenient for them. It’s affordable as well but it will make you very unhealthy. Only about 20% of jobs really require physical work. Most jobs are often sitting down at a desk. Not having much physical work during your eight hour shift makes you tired. Being tired then leads to fast food because you don’t have enough energy to cook. People in America needs to stop being lazy and start fighting for your healthiness. Stop being so tempted from a drive thru while you can get a better deal cooking a home meal.
